Tarva was incorporated in early 2015, but our experience goes back 3 decades. Tarva is focused on successful investing and providing high-level advisory services to client firms working in mining and industry - both private enterprise and government. Our deep experience comes from CEO leadership roles in medium to large organizations located in Australasia, Asia and Africa.
Our advisory approach is based on excellent strategic analysis, a holistic approach to the role firms should play in today's society, and then developing pragmatic approaches for clients. Our deep experience in mining, infrastructure, construction projects and business restructuring ensures you will get an advisory service that brings much more than a strategic perspective to the challenge at hand.
Tarva’s interest in investing is both personal and to assist clients. We will work with clients to develop successful investment approaches, whether this is M&A based, to support complex expansion plans, or for new business starts.

For a client the choice of an advisory firm for an assignment is critical. You cannot have a learning curve for the specialists and you need to get them to “gel effectively” with the in-house team. Tarva understands this deeply from the “client’s side” of the fence and sees its role as setting the client up to be successful.
Tarva will work respectfully with the client, but will ensure that the client hears what she/he deserves to hear, and that is “what is good for the client’s business”.
